Refund policy

If you need to make a return, please email us at info@upf50.com within 30 days of your purchase to let us know why you wish to return the item. Print out or include information that includes name under which order was placed, order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you need to exchange your sun shirt for a different size, the process is to purchase a new shirt in the correct size and then return the original shirt. Follow the same instructions for a return, and we will refund your purchase price once we receive your returned items. 

Also as noted above, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note: Custom sun shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
